Brian Turner
Brian Turner, Founder and Managing Member of Assured Senior Living, plays a critical role in shaping the company’s financial health and steering its strategic direction, including overseeing acquisitions. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2004, Turner took a bold step into entrepreneurship in 2010 by founding Sevens Home Care. Starting as the operation’s only full-time employee with just four clients and a dedicated care team, his leadership has significantly expanded the company’s footprint in the senior care industry. Beyond the realm of business, Turner is passionately involved in running and cycling, activities that reflect his dynamic energy and commitment. His balanced approach to professional and personal life has been a cornerstone of success, driving Assured Senior Living to new heights.
Francis LeGasse Jr.
Francis M. LeGasse Jr., founder and managing partner of Assured Senior Living, embodies the principle that aging should be a journey marked by dignity, respect, and most importantly, love. LeGasse has dedicated his career to redefining the narrative around senior care, especially for those diagnosed with Dementia. He firmly believes that Dementia is not an end, but a change in the ending. For LeGasse, the diagnosis is merely a facet of one’s life, not the defining feature. LeGasse’s philosophy is deeply personal and woven into the fabric of his family life. With his beloved wife, Sarah, and their three remarkable children by his side, Francis finds his greatest joy and motivation. Stephanie Wood brings over two decades of expertise to the Senior Living Industry, with a fervent commitment to enhancing operational efficiencies, improving financial health, and elevating care standards. At the heart of her strategy is a focus on employee retention and innovative programming, alongside adept management of acquisitions and new construction projects. Stephanie’s deep comprehension of the complex landscape of local, state, and federal regulations sets her apart as a leader in her field. Residing in Castle Rock, CO, with her two daughters and husband Dave, Stephanie’s personal life is as rich and fulfilling as her professional career. Her hands-on experience and passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families underscore her valuable contribution to Assured Senior Living.
Lisa Anderson
Lisa Anderson, our esteemed Corporate Admissions Specialist and Director of the Traumatic Brain Injury Program at Assured Senior Living, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her dual role. A Wisconsin native who has called Denver, CO her home for over 15 years, Lisa’s credentials include being a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a validation worker through the esteemed Naomi Feil program. A proud alumnus of UCCS, her passion lies in supporting seniors and their families, ensuring a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience. Beyond her commitment to creating a nurturing environment for all residents, Lisa is deeply devoted to providing a safe and supportive living situation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, focusing on their successful integration into the community. Her unparalleled dedication to the well-being of our residents makes her a cornerstone of the Assured Senior Living team.
Britny Otto
Britny Otto, originally hailing from Napa, CA, and a Denver, CO resident for 33 years, serves as the Regional Director of Marketing at Assured Senior Living. With two decades of experience in the senior living industry, Britny is a certified dementia practitioner and a Montessori dementia professional, underscoring her deep commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors, particularly those requiring memory care. Her passion for helping families navigate the complexities of senior living to ensure their loved ones achieve the highest quality of life is a testament to her dedication and expertise. Married, a proud parent to her daughter, and two rescue dogs, Britny’s personal and professional life reflects her compassion and commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Sidny Nicolosi
Sidny Nicolosi, a dedicated Colorado native and Regis University graduate, brings over seven years of expertise in sales and marketing to Assured Senior Living. Passionate about guiding families through their senior living options, Sidny combines her professional acumen with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of the elderly and their loved ones. Outside of her professional endeavors, she cherishes her time with her spouse, exploring new destinations, and the joy brought by her two rescue dogs. Sidny’s commitment to excellence and her community-centric approach make her an invaluable asset to the Assured Senior Living team.
Jordyn Weber
Jordyn, a proud Colorado native, serves as Regional Resident Care Director and Hospice Liaison at Assured Senior Living. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in 2014, she built a decade-long career dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care across oncology, dementia, and hospice settings. Known for her ability to combine clinical expertise with empathy, Jordyn has guided countless individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments, always with a focus on improving quality of life and tailoring care to each person’s unique needs. Beyond her professional role, Jordyn is married to her husband, Adam, whom she has known since she was sixteen. Together they are raising two young boys, enjoy spending time outdoors, and she admits to being a devoted Chipotle enthusiast.
Amanda Doty
Amanda Doty, as the Director of Business Administration at Assured Senior Living, stands as the embodiment of dedication and growth within the company. With over a decade of service, she is the longest-serving employee, having witnessed and contributed to the company’s expansion from a few home care clients to now overseeing 32 locations and caring for over 300 residents. Originally from Boulder, CO, Amanda’s passion lies in streamlining systems and processes to enhance efficiency for employees, allowing them to focus their attention on providing exceptional care to residents. Her efforts in implementing comprehensive training programs ensure that the staff is well-equipped to meet the high standards of care expected at Assured Senior Living. Outside of her professional life, Amanda finds joy in her family, including her husband and two daughters, and indulges in her love for cooking and hiking, reflecting her well-rounded approach to life and work. Her invaluable contributions have been instrumental in shaping the compassionate service that Assured Senior Living is known for today.

Amanda Franks, a Denver native, holds the vital role of Business Administration Coordinator at Assured Senior Living. With a natural flair for customer service, Amanda excels in addressing clients’ needs with both efficiency and a warm, welcoming approach. Her journey into the senior living sector was sparked by her heartfelt experience caring for two seniors in her community for over four years, cementing her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly. Amanda’s life is richly filled with the joy of her family, including her husband, four sons, and her cherished pets—two dogs and her beloved cat, Neo. A devout Catholic, her faith and family are the cornerstones of her life, guiding her compassionate service to others. Amanda’s commitment to excellence and her personal touch make her an indispensable part of the Assured Senior Living team.
