Assured has been an amazing experience for my Mother. This is the only place we found that has one Caregiver for every two or three residents. The one on one attention my Mom received made a big difference in her day to day life. We noticed a slower progression in her condition and a renewed attitude and energy that we hadn’t seen in 5 years. I also love that the staff was certified unlike other facilities. Francis, the administrator, taught me so much about the new techniques and research into my Mother’s condition. I personally was able to understand my Mother better and it improved our relationship as well. Words can’t express how much this meant to me after such a long road. I am so happy with Assured and believe they are the best all around care facility in Colorado.

AAL provided outstanding care of my Mother for 4 years. After looking at several facilities, the fear most face is, "Will my family member really be ok here? Do they really care and is it safe?" After our 4 years- YES. The "at home" environment was the perfect transition for my Mom and she felt right at home from day one. They have plenty of events & activities to keep everyone busy, they are on point with Dr. visits, they are in touch as much as you want them to be and they follow every guideline mandated by their industry. I never had an issue with them in our 4 years. The staff and caregivers are amazing; they truly care for everyone in the home. I was lucky to have found Lourdes, Carlos, Richard and the rest who were so loving to my sweet mother before she passed. Thank you again, AAL.

We moved my mom from a negative experience at another facility where she was not receiving adequate or professional care. There was noticeable improvement in my mom's condition after a couple of weeks, and amazing improvement in her condition and behaviors after a couple of months. The staff is nurturing and caring. The management staff are true experts in their field. I am grateful we found this place and the right people to take care of her.

I have seen a high regard on the implementation of an "Exceptional Culture" in this company. The institution is tied with a "CLOSE FAMILY ORIENTATION" and it radiates the effect as evident in the provision of their assistance and support to the elderly. Thus, you can observe that staff are taking good care of the residents as if they were their "Parents or Grandparents".
